The latest odds from the money men in Las Vegas projects an Angels - Tigers ALCS, but they still expect an I-5 Freeway World Series between the Angels and Dodgers.
Despite entering the post season owning the worst record of the American League division winners, Las Vegas still has faith in the Detroit Tigers advancing to the ALCS for a fourth consecutive year.
But the Los Angeles Angels, who finished 2014 with the best record in baseball, remain darlings of the bettors and favored to win the AL Pennant. Their National League opponent should be their SoCal counterparts, the Los Angeles Dodgers.
As for a World Series winner? It's a Vegas coin-flip, both the Angels and Dodgers going off at 5/1. The Washington Nationals are next in line at 11/2, followed by the Tigers at 6/1.
